- Custom/Personalized items:ย Since each piece is handmade/made-to-order just for you, please allowย 3โ5 business daysย for production before shippingย (business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- In-stock (Non-custom) items:ย For standard ready-made products, we process and ship withinย 1โ3 business daysย after payment confirmation.
Once your order is on its way, we will email you the tracking number immediately.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Non-custom (Ready-to-ship) items:ย We accept returns withinย 30 daysย of delivery, provided the product and packaging are unused, unwashed, and in perfect resalable condition.
- Custom/Personalized items:ย Due to the unique nature of these products (engraved names, specific colors, etc.),ย we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorseย (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered). Please choose carefully before placing your order.
