- In-stock (Non-custom) items: For standard ready-made products, we process and ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Non-custom (Ready-to-ship) items: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product and packaging are unused, unwashed, and in perfect resalable condition.
- Custom/Personalized items: Due to the unique nature of these products (engraved names, specific colors, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered). Please choose carefully before placing your order.
