All orders are processed with care. The handling time depends on the product type:

• In-Stock/Ready-to-Ship Items: Shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Personalized / Custom-Made Items: Require 3-5 business days for production (including design, manufacturing, and strict quality inspection).

• Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), production times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We partner with YunExpress and other reputable international couriers to deliver your packages worldwide.

• Shipping Fees: A flat rate of $4.90 USD per order for most global destinations.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on any single order with a subtotal of $80.00 USD or more. The shipping fee will be automatically waived at checkout.

• Estimated Transit Times (Business Days):

  • USA: 6-12 business days

  • Canada: 7-9 business days

  • UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland: 6-10 business days

  • Other European Countries (Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, etc.): 6-12 business days

  • Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand: 5-10 business days

  • Brazil, South Africa, Nigeria, Middle East (UAE, Saudi, Israel): 13-25 business days (Due to local customs policies, these regions may experience longer delays).

• For most countries (including the USA and Australia), your package will generally not incur import duties.

• These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to your local customs. We are not responsible for packages abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Customized Products)
Due to the nature of our business, most products are Personalized and Made-to-Order.

• Non-Returnable (Custom Items): We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized/custom-made items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a significant error on our part (e.g., wrong text printed by us).

• Customer's Responsibility: Please double-check your spelling, personalized messages, and uploaded images before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer (e.g., typos, wrong addresses, or low-resolution uploads).

• In-Stock Items: You may return non-customized in-stock items within 7 days of delivery. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

• How to Claim: If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us at E26SWAN@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
