1. How do I place an order? What sizes are available?
We offer 5 sizes of bows. Choose your preferred size on the product page, then leave your custom text in the “Personalization” box (e.g., Just Married, couple’s names, date, etc.). Complete checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. How long does customization take?
Customization takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Once finished, we ship your order immediately.
3. How long does international shipping take?
International shipping usually takes about 10-12 days, depending on customs and local delivery in the destination country. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor progress.
4. Do I need to install it myself? Is it complicated?
Not at all! Our bows are ready to use out of the bag – zero assembly required. Each order comes with clear, strong, residue-free adhesive strips, so you can stick it anywhere in seconds: car hood/trunk, wedding décor backdrop, photo booth, etc. No damage, no mess.
5. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll upload the tracking number promptly. You can check the real-time status on our site or the carrier’s platform. We’ll monitor the delivery until you sign for it – and we’re always here to help if any issue arises.
