Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • PayPal – Check out as a guest with your credit/debit card, no PayPal account required.
  • LianLian Pay – A trusted international payment solution for cross-border shoppers, supporting multi-currency settlements with fast processing.
  • VISA / AMEX / DISCOVER – Direct card payments with real‑time verification and full encryption.
  • + More (Mastercard, JCB, etc.) – Most major international cards are supported via our gateway.

📱 Apple Pay / Google Pay – Not yet available, but we’re working on bringing them to you soon.

Currency & Billing

  • All charges are in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Other currencies shown on our site (e.g., EUR, GBP) are estimates only. The final amount will be billed in USD at the exchange rate set by your bank or payment provider.

International Transfer Fees

We operate globally, and our payment gateways may be located in the US, UK, or Singapore.

  • If your card issuer is outside the gateway’s country, your bank may charge a cross‑border transaction fee (typically 1‑3%). This fee is imposed by your bank and is beyond our control.
  • PayPal and LianLian Pay already include their own processing fees, which will appear in your transaction details. We do not add any extra handling fees.

Checkout Troubleshooting

🔹 Card payments declined

  • Double‑check card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address.
  • Ensure sufficient balance/credit limit.
  • Confirm your card is enabled for international online purchases and that daily limits are not exceeded.
  • Try incognito mode, a different browser, or another device.
  • If still failing, create a new order instead of retrying the same one.
  • Some banks block international transactions by default – contact your bank to authorize the payment.

🔹 PayPal payments failing

  • Log in to PayPal to check for spending limits or account restrictions.
  • PayPal requires shipping and billing addresses to be in the same country – please align them.
  • Try incognito mode or another device.
  • If issues persist, use a credit/debit card directly.

🔹 LianLian Pay issues

  • Make sure your LianLian account is verified and has sufficient funds.
  • Currency conversion may apply – ensure your account balance covers the USD amount after exchange.

Security Guarantee

  • We use SSL encryption to protect all data during transmission.
  • Card details are never stored on our servers – they are submitted securely via the payment gateway.
  • Every transaction requires CVV verification and real‑time bank authorization.
  • Your personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and never shared with third parties.
