3. Custom Orders

3.1 Made-to-Order

All our products are made-to-order. Each item is custom-created based on the personalization details you provide at checkout (including but not limited to names, text, dates, color choices, embroidery designs, etc.).

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all custom details submitted at checkout (spelling, capitalization, date format, color selection, etc.) are completely accurate. Because each product is made specifically for you, once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

3.3 Review Recommendations

We recommend that before submitting your order, you:

  • ✅ Confirm that your chosen colors complement the product base color

3.4 Design Restrictions

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Currency & Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollar). We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to estimate or control them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

4.3 Payment Methods

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Production Time

All custom orders typically require 3 – 5 business days for production (counted from the date of order confirmation and custom detail verification). Once production is complete, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

5.2 Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your country/region and the selected shipping method, typically 5 – 15 business days. Please note that production time and delivery time are calculated separately.

5.3 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your package‘s status in real time.

5.4 Shipping Commitment

In accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, we will ship your order within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping on time, we will notify you promptly and offer you options.

5.5 Delivery Delays – Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues or delays
  • Customs clearance inspections
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses

5.6 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect addresses. Reshipment or address corrections may require additional shipping fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Nature of Custom Products

Because every product is made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect color/text selection, etc.).

6.2 EU Consumers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. However, customized and personalized goods are exempt from this right of withdrawal. Therefore, the provisions of Section 6.1 above also apply to EU consumers.

6.3 Quality Issues – Our Guarantee

If your item arrives with the following issues, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt (via E26SWAN@outlook.com) with:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

6.4 Non-Quality Issues

The following are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Slight color variation from screen display (different devices show colors differently)
  • Minor natural variations in handmade products (stitch placement, texture, etc.)
  • Slight size deviations (product dimensions are clearly stated on each product page)

7. Product Quality & Handmade Craftsmanship

7.1 Handmade Characteristics

Every BWKODING product is carefully crafted by experienced artisans. Our handcrafted approach means:

  • Embroidery stitches may have minor natural variations – this is a hallmark of handmade quality, not a defect
  • The texture and feel of hand-stitched yarn varies slightly from piece to piece, making each product truly one of a kind
  • Product dimensions may have a normal tolerance of ±1-2cm

7.2 Screen Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors accurately on our website. However, due to differences in device displays (monitors, phone screens, etc.), the actual product color may differ slightly from what you see on screen. If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing for additional product photos.

7.3 Materials & Fabrics

We use high-quality fabrics and materials. Due to washing, distressing, and other finishing processes, the texture of each batch of fabric may vary slightly – this is part of the charm of personalized products.

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, the People‘s Republic of China for exclusive jurisdiction.
