2. Processing & Shipping Times (Custom vs. In-Stock Orders)?
- Custom/Personalized items: Since each piece is handmade/made-to-order just for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping (business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- In-stock (Non-custom) items: For standard ready-made products, we process and ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is on its way, we will email you the tracking number immediately.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Non-custom (Ready-to-ship) items: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product and packaging are unused, unwashed, and in perfect resalable condition.
- Custom/Personalized items: Due to the unique nature of these products (engraved names, specific colors, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered). Please choose carefully before placing your order.
4. What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or looks nothing like I designed?
That's on us—and we'll make it right immediately. If you receive an item that is significantly different from your design (wrong color/thread/font) or has manufacturing defects (tears, loose stitching, stains), please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
